General Conditions:

• Price exempt from VAT under the Amazon Law.

• Price does not include potential fees for interbank transfers or deposits at BCP counters.

• The price does not include quarantine costs if a case of suspected illness (e.g., COVID-19) arises.

• Price for children under 5 years old: free if they share a bed with their parents but must pay for expenses incurred, such as the cable car ticket, breakfast as per accommodation, and their food consumption.

• Price for children aged 5 to 12 years: a 10% discount on the total package price.

• The service will not be provided to adults or adolescents under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or mental disorders, without the right to request a refund for the unused tour.

• All minors must carry an identity document proving they are the children of the accompanying adults, or otherwise, a notarized certified letter signed by the parents and the notary proving the adult's authority, valid for 90 days.

• If the passenger voluntarily decides to interrupt the service despite its regular development, they are not entitled to any refund.

About Reservations:

• Reservations must be made via email at cloudforestexpeditions@hotmail.com, specifying the requested service, arrival date, start and end dates of the trip, full names of participants, age, ID, and gender.

• Confirmations will be issued within 48 hours of booking.

• The reservation confirmation will include a payment breakdown detailing the payment terms, bank details, and a health and diet form that the client must complete.

• The breakdown will also include cancellation policies, which should be carefully reviewed.

• The reservation will be reconfirmed upon receipt of a transfer or payment voucher for 100% of the service's total cost by the indicated deadline. Without the voucher, the reservation will be canceled without the right to claim.

• It is mandatory to submit the completed health and diet form along with the payment voucher.

Considerations:

• The company assumes no legal or financial responsibility for unforeseen events or factors that force delays, rescheduling, or cancellations of services. These may include torrential rains, storms, earthquakes, landslides, mudslides, floods, pandemics, roadblocks due to strikes, protests, road accidents, flight or bus delays, etc.

• Each client will be provided with a 1-liter water bottle at the start of the trip.

• The new MINCETUR regulations categorize the use of horses or mules for riding as part of adventure tourism, defining contractual responsibilities in case of accidents, to be assumed by the animal rental service provider. Therefore, our company does not reserve or assume responsibility for horse rental services. Any incident arising from their use will be the sole responsibility of the customer or client who booked the service.

• Horse rental services are currently provided by local tourism associations. This service is not part of our contractual obligations.

No-Show Cases:

If the client does not show up on the day of the tour, they will not be entitled to any refund for the unused service. This is detailed in the cancellation policies, which must be carefully reviewed.
